Welcome to Unit Renovations, A small business that specialise in the upgrade and improvement of Residential, Investment or newly purchased units across Sydney.

Unit Renovations will visit your unit and explain in detail what work will take place regarding the package that is required for you. Our Sales estimator is experienced to discuss all your needs and will explain in simple terms what is involved and what you are required to do, including how long each project will take. (generally 5 weeks)

Our products all have warranty, along with installation warranty, ensuring the confidence you would expect from any company.

You will deal with the same project manager throughout the renovation and improvement process. All work is carried out by licenced tradesman and each project is supervised to ensure our expectations exceed yours.

We have 3 packages to suit your needs, taste and budget. We can cater for the first home buyer on a small budget, to the investor looking at capitalising on their investment through increased rental opportunity or sale, to the more discerning owner looking to upgrade the living environment with ultra modern fixtures and fittings.

Each package is tailored to suit each home owner. We will advise and guide you, taking into account your ideas, wants and needs, and adding our expertise to create a package that suits your budget too.

What is included in a unit renovation? EVERYTHING!

(All Packages include the same service but with different levels of fixtures and fittings, including floor coverings and kitchen benchtops just to name a few).

NEW Kitchen – including sink, tapware, tiled splashback and even Appliances

NEW Bathroom – including vanity, shower or bath, toilet, mirror, towel rail, toilet roll holder, and new floor and wall tiles.

NEW paint work throughout the unit, including walls, ceilings (except for rough concrete setting) and doors.

NEW Floor coverings – Carpet, Floating floor boards or timber floorboards (depending on package) throughout with a tiled Kitchen floor.

NEW Light fittings, switches and power points.

NEW Door handles for all internal doors.

NEW Blinds – Each package includes different quality of blinds.

NEW Laundry
Glass Splashback for kitchen
Granite or Stone Benchtops
Airconditioning / Heating – Depending on Strata Management
New Entry Door or internal doors – Fire Rating if required

The standard Unit Renovation will take between 4-6 weeks. We understand it is important to save you time and money, that’s why we ensure our work is complete in minimal time, allowing you to rent your investment property or move into your new home.
